Product Description

   Genuine quality material is used to manufacture the mould bases. Specific grade steel H13, P20, OHNS, HCHCr etc. is to used to manufacture core, cavity and stripper plates as per customer specifications. Rest of the mould base plates are manufactured in C45 or Mild steel as per specifications. 
   We also provide facility for machining  of pockets to use inserts for core and cavity plates. Hardened and ground guide pillar bushes, ejector or return pins are used for manufacturing the mould bases.

•  W  -  Width of the mould base
•  T1 -  Top plate thickness
•  T2 -  Core plate thickness
•  T3 -  Cavity plate thickness

•  H  -  Height of the liner
•  T5 -  Thickness of the bottom plate
•  T6 -  Thickness of ejector plate
•  T7 -  Thickness of ejector back plate
•  S  -  Width of the liner
